Car Park Information
The car park has some 350 spaces, including 13 Blue Badge parking spaces and is managed by Parking Eye.
The car park system is a ticketless, barrierless and accepts card payments only. Comprising of entry and exit lanes, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras will capture your vehicle licence plate on entry, and on exit.
The system will automatically detect payments made for vehicles using ANPR. Failure to make payment for parking will result in a £100 penalty charge.
Compliance with car park terms & conditions, as detailed on the signage displayed in the car park, is monitored and enforced by Parking Eye
The service road is reserved for delivery, centre maintenance and Dial-a-Ride vehicles only, and access is controlled by on site Security. For all service vehicles enquiries please call Security Control Room on 07961 322 634.

The car park and your vehicle is accessible 24/7 so long as your car is not parked under cover/in the underground car park area so if you need to access your vehicle out of hours, please park in the main area when you enter through the barriers.
